SHOWCASE

Apps shipped with NativeExpress.

Real apps built on this starter, mostly customers' work plus our own. Sign-in, subscriptions and AI came in the box. Everything you recognise as the app came after.

  1. InstaCal

    DIGITAL DELIGHT LLCHealth & Fitness

Calorie tracking that starts with a photo of the plate.

    • InstaCal's daily dashboard, showing 1,568 of 3,000 calories consumed in a ring, separate rings for carbs, fat, protein and sugar, and the day's logged meals beneath them.
    • InstaCal's meal scanner framing a salad in the camera, with the recognised Chicken Caesar Salad and its 350 calories and macros in a card at the bottom.
    • InstaCal's barcode scanner reading a pasta box, with the matched Creamette Fettuccine and its 200 calories, 42g carbs, 1g fat, 7g protein and 2g sugar in a card below.
    • InstaCal's progress view, with a seven-day line chart of calories consumed against goal above a weekly macro-goal bar chart.
  2. Polym: Learn & Remember

    Polym App LLCProductivity

Turns technical subjects into courses you listen to.

    • Polym's review queue, listing term courses on logical fallacies, computer architecture, marketing and statistics with the days until each is due.
    • Polym's listen list of six active courses — neural networks, research methods, probability, psychology, logic and scientific research — each with a one-line description.
    • A Polym course open on its lecture list, with the audio player docked at the bottom part-way through lecture seven.
    • Polym's course catalogue, with subjects from business to maths as collapsible rows and maths expanded to show its intro courses.
  3. Bearwith - social skills coach

    Ilya LibinEducation

Rehearse an awkward conversation out loud before you have it.

    • A Bearwith role-play in progress: the coach asks where you are from, then breaks down the spoken answer with suggestions, above a hold-to-talk microphone button.
    • An angled view of Bearwith's scenario library, with illustrated cards for practising how to make your job sound interesting and how to revive a dying conversation, each opening on the situation it drops you into.
    • Two angled phones showing Bearwith's daily lessons: one a scenario card with a Practice button, the other a journey list of short lessons ticked off as completed.
    • Bearwith's lesson list on a tilted phone, showing completed lessons on eye contact, restarting a dying conversation and getting introduced, several tagged as role-play.
  4. Alc AI

    Khushaal ChoithramaniFood & Drink

    Too new to rate

Photograph a bottle, get its price, strength and flavour profile.

    • Alc AI's home screen with a card asking you to position a drink in frame and take a picture.
    • An Alc AI bottle analysis listing market, average and range prices, 40% ABV rated standard strength, and a sweetness, body and finish flavour profile.
    • Alc AI's saved collection with two analysed bottles, Old Monk and Blender's Pride, each showing its date and spirit type.
    • Alc AI shown across three phones: a saved collection of analysed bottles, the capture prompt, and a breakdown of price, alcohol content and flavour profile.
  5. Spitfire Kursplan

    Robin FarajSportsFrom the NativeExpress team

The classes you train, with a reminder before each one.

    • Spitfire Kursplan's weekly plan open on Monday, listing every class by start time and mat — grappling, kickboxing, wrestling, boxing, no-gi BJJ and Thai boxing — each with its level.
    • Two phones showing followed classes with reminders switched on, the lead time set to an hour before from a choice of 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour and 2 hours, and three reminders scheduled.
    • Spitfire Kursplan's settings: a system, light and dark theme control, a link to the gym's original published plan with the date it took effect, and a note that the app is an unofficial reader.
